Remember, if a single offensive lineman makes the slightest mistake at any point tonight, it means the entire team is in disarray and will go 3-13. Or at least that's how certain media members spin it.

Again, just stay healthy. I don't wanna see that god damn cart once tonight.

--Carlson missing his 1st kick after officially winning the kicking job is one of those things that's so predictable you gotta laugh.

--Seahawks score on us following a literally perfect lob to Marshall. Sometimes the other guys just make a play so perfect you can't stop it.

--Vikings Reddit making Vikings Twitter look calm, reasoned and rational by comparison. Apparently we're going 2-14 cause we gave up 1 touchdown drive to a good quarterback.

--It would be really nice if Daniel Carlson were not another mentally weak idiot. Time will tell on this one.

--I'm satisfied with what I saw from Cousins. Bailed out on a couple plays smartly, made some nice throws, showed he can function even without perfect protection. Did well.

--2 straight weeks our 2nd team defense clowned an opponent's 1st team offense.

--I'm not sure next week's game isn't a showdown between Siemian and Sloter to decide the backup QB.

--An 8th string corner gives up the go ahead TD thrown by something named McGough.

--Chad Beebe clearly the best Vikings receiver ever to wear #84

--Glad Kyle Sloter was able to get his game winning drive this time!

Overall a solid 3rd game, a lot more crisp than last week. Cousins mostly looked good. Defense gave up 1 long drive but jesus, they aren't going to pitch weekly shutouts. Carlson is a concern, but I would be shocked if he isn't at least the kicker through September. Even the best kickers have had bad games.

Most importantly, no apparent injuries of note, other than Sherels maybe pulling a quad. So now get through game #4 and Assignment Atlanta can begin.

    Editing my original posts. From my observations, Sloter appears to have the edge as QB2. Unless something is drastically different in practices.
    Vikings Reddit is chicken little on drugs. Vikings Twitter can be awful but good lord Vikings Reddit sounds like it’s a dumpster fire.
    I still hate Pete Carroll.
    (Long week plus an emergency dental procedure caused me to lose my train of thought earlier.)

Awful NFL season ends with awful Super Bowl

BUCCANEERS 31 CHIEFS 9 The 2020 NFL season is over. Thank god! A season that was almost across the board unenjoyable, and felt empty and largely felt manipulated, ended with the worst outcome imaginable. With a result that not only continues this 20 year nightmare but that will frankly hurt the NFL for years to come. I was not looking forward to this game. I knew this was going to happen. Maybe not in blowout fashion but I knew the NFL was going to see to it that Tom Brady got his 7th title. The house wins. The game was never fun. Right from the start the Chiefs seemed sleepy, like they weren't really in it. This team plays with swagger, but in this game they had none. Patrick Mahomes was under enormous pressure from the start. The Chiefs grabbed the 1st lead at 3-0 but then from basically the end of the 1st quarter until halftime it was a nightmare.
