MSM lionizing a horrible ex-president while the entire current fascist GOP keeps destroying democracy

I'm not saying the right wing corporate media(or the liberal media as the imbeciles call it) should have spent the last few days ripping to shreds the legacy of George H.W. Bush. Obviously the optics of that would have done more harm than good. And okay, he was the least awful Republican president of my lifetime, which is just about the lowest bar imaginable. But let's not pretend like his work as president was anything but garbage. Why do you think the subsequent Clinton years were so great? It was like an 8 year cleansing of the disastrous Reagan/Bush years. Then his demon spawn was given an election he didn't win, and led us to this disaster we are still very much in.

And while the msm spends all their time lauding this guy, the GOP keeps undermining democracy at every turn.

We see them going out of their way in Wisconsin to limit the powers of the incoming democratic governor. So that state won't even have a prayer now.

Widespread election fraud uncovered in North Carolina, where the GOP did everything shady with absentee ballots that can be done.

Bush was not a fan of Trump. He was friendly with Clinton and Obama. But he was a very big part of setting in motion this whole god damn right wing fascist machine that is strangling this whole country. He may not have liked exactly what his party has turned into, but he does not go into the ground with his hands clean.

Awful NFL season ends with awful Super Bowl

BUCCANEERS 31 CHIEFS 9 The 2020 NFL season is over. Thank god! A season that was almost across the board unenjoyable, and felt empty and largely felt manipulated, ended with the worst outcome imaginable. With a result that not only continues this 20 year nightmare but that will frankly hurt the NFL for years to come. I was not looking forward to this game. I knew this was going to happen. Maybe not in blowout fashion but I knew the NFL was going to see to it that Tom Brady got his 7th title. The house wins. The game was never fun. Right from the start the Chiefs seemed sleepy, like they weren't really in it. This team plays with swagger, but in this game they had none. Patrick Mahomes was under enormous pressure from the start. The Chiefs grabbed the 1st lead at 3-0 but then from basically the end of the 1st quarter until halftime it was a nightmare.
