The Frauds FINALLY Fall!
49ers 37
Packers 20
Justice was finally served! In the 2nd to last game of this NFL season, the most fraudulent 13-3 team in NFL history finally got what they deserved. The Packers were thoroughly, decisively pummeled by the 49ers.
They got it worse than the Vikings did. We both lost by 17, but the Packers defense looked even more helpless to stop the run. Garappolo barely had to throw at all.
Wonder who Aaron Rodgers will throw under the bus now? Can't blame Mike McCarthy anymore, you no accountability taking bitch! Rodgers two key mistakes in the 2nd quarter (fumbled snap and a pick) took that game from 17-0 to a hilarious 27-0 by halftime.
Sure, Rodgers padded the stats in the 2nd half but the game never got closer than 14 and even that was late.
Enjoy the karma, Packtards. You earned this. Total fucking fraud of a team. From a cupcake schedule (the only quality regular season wins were against us, and 1 of those was blatantly ref-aided), to getting every break imaginable all year (including facing KC without Mahomes), to the unprecedented amount of refball that handed them at least 4 wins, to facing a depleted Seahawks team at Lambeau and STILL needing the refs at the end. And it still wasn't enough to get Mr. State Farm back to the super bowl.
They got it on us for the year cause they won the division, but I'll take our postseason performance over theirs. Our win was WAY better and our loss wasn't as bad. Now they have to deal with a 1st place schedule next year and another year of wear and tear on Rodgers.
Chiefs 35
Titans 24
I way overestimated what the Titans had to offer defensively. The blueprint was working for the Titans for a while. At 17-7 they were keeping the ball on long drives and keeping Mahomes off the field. But they couldn't hold off the onslaught.
That Chiefs offense is scary. Mahomes catches fire and just cannot be stopped. And the Titans defense just wasn't up to the task of stopping him. That Mahomes TD run before halftime was just an embarrasing display of tackling. And the Titans never recovered.
They also couldn't run. The lowly Chiefs run D, as they did against the Vikings, were suddenly good. Once Henry was contained and the Chiefs got the lead the 2nd half was one big anti-climax.
Super Bowl:
I honestly have no idea who will win. The Chiefs have the edge on offense, while the 49ers have a big edge on defense. I'm honestly just thrilled that I will not have a strong rooting interest either way. Usually I am stressed out either rooting for somebody or against (the Patriots all the time).
I got way too much enjoyment watching that prick lose and lose embarrassingly.
ReplyDeleteThe Vikings win over the Saints was much more impressive than the Packers win and we didn’t need help from the refs. *sips tea* And I’d argue that Cousins had a better performance than Aaron against the Niners. I’m kinda looking forward to watching the SuperBowl and enjoying the game. It will be a nice relaxing evening.
Skol!
