All over the internet right now, you cannot escape the right wing freaks whining like children about how there's so much politics in sports.
Go fuck yourselves, seriously.
It's the same shit basically that you hear day in day out from these people, just on topics that don't have anything to do with sports. The fact of the matter is that everyone on the right in this country is a dinosaur. Their entire ideology is outdated bigotry and racism. They want this country to go back to being pre-Civil War, where only white men had any power and everybody else had to be subservient to them or die basically.
These people cannot stand even the possibility of American society moving beyond this systemic racism once and for all.
This is why they cheer like the fascists they are when peaceful protesters are beaten in the streets, some even killed by Trump's goon squad. This is why they cheer when fascist pig cops murder unarmed black people for no reasoun whatsoever. This is why they cheer when Trump puts babies in cages and rips them from their parents forever in many cases. For no reason other than just hatred and racism.
But we're here to mention the sports stuff.
Professional sports has taken an an abrupt turn in the last few months. Ironically without many of them playing. Leagues that as recently as just a year or two ago were petrified to even dip their toe into mentions of social justice or allowing peaceful protests now are embracing it.
And I will allow that in some cases maybe they are just embracing it because it's seen as more economically advantageous (or less economically risky) to do so, since such an overwhelming percentage of people in this country have completely turned on Trump.
But it's it's a good thing to see regardless of motivation.
And of course as I said now the right wing freaks, the fascist cocksuckers who hate this country to their core while pretending to love this country, which is laughable, are losing their minds. You can't go anywhere on the internet or social media without seeing these fucking pieces of shit whining.
Whinings about black lives matter displays. Whining about kneeling during the anthem. Whining about a moment of silence for George Floyd at the Twins home opener last night. Various things. All of them responded to by the right wing freaks with blinding anger. And of course in fine Trumptard fashion, countless calls of boycotts. People are not going to follow sports anymore. They're not going to be fans of their team anymore. They're going to boycott it all because these leagues dare to inject politics into into their games.
You clowns aren't too smart. Are you?
Politics has been in sports for years. DECADES. What do you think the exclusion of black players from Major League Baseball for decades upon decades was if not political? There were no modern black athletes in baseball for the first like 50 years of baseball as a organized professional sport.
And that was political.
And then when Jackie Robinson broke the color barrier? That was political.
Why were there no black coaches in the modern NFL until the late 80s with Art Shell? That was political.
Why do they play the national anthem before sporting events in the first place? It started during World War 1. It was political.
Why do they do all sorts of military promotion during sporting events? That's political.
There is politics all over professional sports and there always has been. What makes these right wing freaks upset is the politics are no longer the politics of white supremacy. This is always how it is with the right wing freaks. They're completely okay with protest unless the protests are a threat to white supremacy. They're fine with politics in sports unless those politics clash with white supremacy.
Well, just as these right wing freaks are losing all of their stores because they have to boycott all the ones that make you wear a mask, they're boycotting all their sports now too (they even lost Nascar). These poor bastards. They're not going to have anything left except for Fox News and right wing hate radio. But that's good. These people deserve to be ostracized from the rest of society, or the world for that matter. They don't matter.
Hopefully they will officially not matter on November 3rd, but either way they have no relevance in the world. When you're in the year 2020 and you're clinging to an ideology that's been wiped out in respectable society over 150 years ago, you're pathetic. You don't deserve to have the benefits of society. Like sports. Like the arts. Like anything. Not even access to Twitter (we're working on that one😉).
These pussies will just sit in their basements and cling to their guns and watch their Fox News and whine about black people and whine about woke culture and social justice warriors and virtue signaling and all the other code words that these freaks throw out on a daily basis that they think makes them sound smart (spoiler alert: it doesn't).
The rest of us will go on enjoying our sports. Sports will be better without white trash soiling our stadiums and ballparks.
